Terms of use
Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing and using the iFut platform (the "Platform"), the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use. If the user does not agree with any of their provisions, they must not use the Platform.
Purpose
iFut is a SaaS solution designed to help manage sports competitions, especially amateur football, providing tools for organizing, registering and automatically processing data related to the competitions.
User Responsibilities
The user is fully responsible for the accuracy, completeness and updating of the data entered into the Platform.
iFut is not responsible for errors, inconsistencies or incorrect information resulting from data entered mistakenly by users or competition organizers.
It is solely up to the organizer to configure the features correctly, including those related to suspensions and penalties. Penalties applied incorrectly because of inadequate settings are the user's responsibility.
Updating of Information
iFut provides automatic tools for generating tables, rankings, statistics and penalties.
The Platform is not responsible for the manual updating of match results, athlete data, penalties or any information that depends on input by the user or organizer.
Any discrepancy between official information and the data shown on the Platform is the sole responsibility of the competition organizer.
Availability and Maintenance
iFut undertakes to keep the Platform continuously available, except in the following situations:
-
Scheduled maintenance announced to users at least 24 hours in advance;
-
Events beyond iFut's control, such as failures of external service providers (internet providers, hosting servers, among others).
iFut will use its best efforts to restore the Platform in case of interruptions. The Platform status can be followed in real time at https://status.ifut.com.br/status/health.
Service Level
For paid plans with recurring billing (monthly or annual), iFut targets 99.5% availability per month, equivalent to at most 3 hours and 39 minutes of downtime per month, excluding scheduled maintenance periods.
If this limit is exceeded, the user may request a credit proportional to the period of unavailability, limited to the amount of the monthly fee for the month in question. The credit will be applied to the next charge and must be requested within 15 days after the end of the affected month.
For per-championship plans, iFut will use its best efforts to ensure availability during the championship's active period. Any compensation will be assessed case by case, at iFut's discretion, considering the actual impact of the unavailability on the championship in question.
iFut does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and is not liable for indirect damages arising from unavailability within the limits set out in these terms.
Limitation of Liability
iFut is not responsible for the execution or official communication of championships, acting solely as a data management tool.
The Platform is not liable for losses, damages or disputes arising from incorrect use, mistaken data entry or poor configuration of features by users or organizers.
iFut does not guarantee that the data published on the Platform fully reflects the reality of the championship, and the organizer is responsible for validating and officially publishing it.
Privacy and Data Protection
All matters related to the collection, processing and protection of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.
Athlete and team registration data is defined and collected by the competition organizer.
Access to this information is restricted to the competition organizer and to the team manager who enters it.
iFut does not share data of athletes or guardians with third parties.
The storage and processing of personal information complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD).
Changes to the Terms of Use
iFut may update or modify these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to users in advance by a notice sent to their registered e-mail address, and also published on the Platform itself. Continued use of the Platform after an update means agreement with the new terms.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district where the user is domiciled are chosen to settle any disputes arising from the use of the Platform, unless specific legal provisions say otherwise.
